On April 17, 2007 the best recorder students from all 76 Austin Elementary Schools met for a large concert at the Delco Activity Center. |

Students that attend this concert perform using their soprano recorders that they use in class. Widen had two students that passed every soprano recorder test in class and moved up to the alto recorders you see pictured below. They were the only two students performing on these instruments and were asked to give a demonstration for the audience. |
